We just put up a Hummingbird feeder thingy, and it got me wondering…Do Hummingbirds ever suffer from diabetes?
Because their diet mostly consists of SUGAR! I know they have a very high metabolism and all, but even if a human could flap his or her arms as fast as a Hummingbird I still think they would be having some problems…Don't ya think…I'm no doctor. I wonder if they can do studies on those little birds and see what prevents them from getting sugar diabetes…I'm still no doctor…maybe they can't because of there genetic make-up isn't even close to a humans.
